“WOW - Results are undeniable!!! I played golf for the first time since last Fall. I pounded the ball and hit it farther than ever before! The only difference has been the strength training I have done all winter with Teri. My upper body strength made the difference for my golf game AND my moving skills. I moved a queen mattress from a 2nd floor today to a truck and back up to another 2nd floor. THEN I bought a new queen mattress, loaded it on a truck and moved it UP to our 2nd floor bedroom! Teri, the trainer, does such a good job of making everyone feel comfortable no matter their level of fitness. She is a great motivator that is able to get everyone to give their best effort. She instills initiative and perseverance in each of us and yet makes us believe we are having FUN! She is caring and teaches fitness with a common sense approach. Teamwork makes the time fly by! This class should be called Fit, Fab and FUN!
