Health Check-In

It's the middle of 2020 and it's time for a health check-in.

We have dealt with so much this year, and it's only July!  So, I thought it would be a good time to check-in and see how you're doing with your health and see what you'd like to improve.

Above you will find my Health Check-In sheet. Use this sheet to keep you on track to achieve your health goals.  It can be used for any amount of time (a week, month, 3 months, or even 6 months). I like to do a check-in every 3-6 months to see if I'm on track. Then after the time is up, go to the Post Health Check-In sheet (below) to see how you did.  How are you feeling? Are you starting to have more energy? Can you do more things? Are you sleeping better? Even if you didn’t achieve your goal, most likely you will see other benefits. Pay attention to those things! But, if you see that you have not been sticking with your plan, or are unhappy with your results, use this sheet to change your plan and try a different way to achieve your goals. You might want to continue with the same goal again, or pick a new goal, but update it so it works better for you.  Sometimes I find that my goals just aren't that important to continue, and that's ok, get rid of them!  You could have been thrown off-track by unexpected things in your life, like COVID19.  That's ok too, but don’t keep having excuses. You need to get back on track, and now's the time!

Click on the picture or here to get the Health Check-In sheet download, and then fill it in with 1-3 goals (don't overwhelm yourself, you can always add more later).  Then, think about your action steps.  HOW are you going to achieve your goals?  It's super important to map them out.  Lastly, you need to write down your WHY!  You know I've said this before, but your "why" is so important so you stay connected to your goals.

Keep this paper someplace where you can see it everyday (Maybe on your nightstand and read it when you wake up, or keep it on your table so you can see it when you have breakfast).  That way you won't forget what you are working towards.  You are important, so make your health a priority!

Let me know how it goes by commenting below.
